Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our ERP platform for your internal business operations during your subscription term.
3. Use Restrictions
You shall not: (a) license, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service; (b) modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
4. Fees & Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. All fees are exclusive of taxes.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ERP SaaS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
