1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund for any first-time subscription within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@erpsaas.com.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Renewals of existing subscriptions.
- One-time setup or implementation fees.
- Usage-based overage charges.
4. Processing Refunds
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
